Brittany Ann Weaver is a partner at Yale, Weaver & Phillips, in Denton, Texas, where she brings extensive experience in family law, probate, civil litigation, and appellate advocacy. A proud Texan through and through, Brittany earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Lutheran University in 2011 before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2014. She also earned a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech’s Rawls College of Business, equipping her with valuable insight into the intersection of law and business. Her dedication to legal excellence has been recognized by her selection to the Texas Super Lawyers "Rising Stars" list from 2021 to 2024.

In her free time, she loves traveling, trying out new restaurants, and cheering on her sweet babies in their various activities.
